Medi Search Pro uses our internal data base of more than 10,000 qualified and experienced providers including personal email addresses, mobile numbers, LinkedIn connection and resumes and can be geo-targeted to within 3 miles of a clinic.  We include access to an additional set of external data bases to augment our internal roster and we combine it with an influencer campaign that reaches our Social Media Following of more than 100,000 industry players.  Add in that we use and both free and paid listings on dozens of job boards we reach every potential candidate and invite them to apply for the position.   Medi Search Pro clients get an extra level of concierge service and may choose to use our Candidate Tracking software client portal to run their recruiting efforts.   Medi Search Pro Cam[paigns run for 30 days and is targeted for clinical and managerial roles.  In addition, Medi Search Pro Fees are eligible for a 100% credit towards an upgrade to head hunting services within the first 30 days of the Medi Search Campaign.

For premium clients looking for a premium provider we offer head hunting services.  Our fees are negotiate based on the degree of difficulty and the level of the position. We charge 50% of our fee as a wok fee at the time we commence the contract and the balance when the candidate accepts the position.  We warranty those positions for 90 days and our fees range from $12,000 to $25,000 or more.
